The Pokemon Rules

1. Generations 1 & 2 only

2. Shiny Versions of Pokemon are allowed but they must be caught in the wild and most are in the Forbidden Zones so beware the Peace Keepers

3. Each town has two Pokemon breeder families one family for each district type

4. You must stick with your district type unless you are of an upper class family then your can buy a Pokemon of another district. (However bought Pokemon during the games have a higher tendency to flee)

5. TM Moves can only be bought in the black market and they are very pricey. You must PM an admin to be given the chance to buy one.

6. HM moves all belong to Team Rocket and are therefore unavailable to anyone of the districts.

7. Elemental Stones, for the most part, belong to the capitol citizens. Most make them into jewelry. Therefore most Pokemon that require a stone to evolve can never evolve. However Team Rocket can't locate all the stones so there maybe one hidden near you. If you would like to try your luck at Finding one PM an Admin.


8. Pokemon very rarely just follow their trainer and become their friend. Mainly only upper class have Pokemon because they can afford to buy Pokeballs from the Capitol. However there are other ways to catch the wild Pokemon that do venture near enough.


9. Pokemon You are not allowed to even ask for are as follows: Omanyte, Omastar, Kabuto, Kabutops, Aerodactyl, Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Mew, Mewtwo, Unknown, Lugia, Ho-Oh, Raikou, Entei, Suicune, Celebi

10. Pokemon You can only get through PMing an admin: Raichu, Nidoqueen, Nidoking, Clefable, Ninetales, Vileplume, Arcanine, Poliwrath, Machamp, Victreebel, Golem, Gengar, Exeggutor, Starmie, Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Politoed, Sunflora, Slowking, Steelix, Scizor, Bellossom, Kingdra, Porygon2, Wigglytuff.

11. Pokemon can talk if you wish, Team Rockets pokemon can not, Most psychic pokemon can. Please have it approved by an admin first however because we can't have every pokemon be a genius that can speak the human language. Also note this is a friendship based ability.
